Countertop microwaves, toaster ovens, air fryers — different parts, different skills. An appliance generalist serves you better here.
Other Major Appliances
Refrigerators, dishwashers, washers, dryers — we don’t touch them. Ovens only is the whole point of our shop.
Commercial & Industrial Ovens
Restaurant deck ovens, commercial convection units, and industrial equipment need commercial techs with different parts channels.
Phone-Only Diagnosis
We can’t safely diagnose by description alone — a proper fix needs metered testing in person. That’s what the flat-rate diagnostic is for.

Do you repair microwaves?
No — microwaves and countertop appliances are outside our specialty. We’re oven-only by design, which is exactly why our oven diagnosis is fast and accurate.
Can you fix my commercial restaurant oven?
No. Commercial and industrial ovens use different parts, voltages, and codes — they need a commercial kitchen equipment tech, and we’ll tell you that upfront rather than waste your time.
Will you install an oven I bought myself?
That’s outside our repair focus — installation (especially gas hookups and cabinet fitting) is installer work. We’re happy to service the oven once it’s in, though.
Can you just tell me which part to buy?
We don’t diagnose by phone — too many ‘definitely the element’ calls turn out to be the sensor or board. The in-person diagnostic with metered testing is how we get it right.
Why limit yourself to ovens?
Because depth beats breadth. An oven-only technician has seen your exact failure dozens of times — that pattern recognition is what gets you a same-day fix instead of a second visit.
